I am experiencing a serious and ongoing issue with my Spark Driver account that has not been resolve

I am experiencing a serious and ongoing issue with my Spark Driver account that has not been resolved for over one year.
Customer support representatives have confirmed multiple times that my identity is verified in their system. I have submitted all required documents, including my ID and Social Security Number, and when I contact support, they confirm that my account belongs to me and is verified.
However, the Spark Driver application still shows that my account is not verified, and as a result, my account remains inactive and unusable.
This creates a clear contradiction between the support system and the application itself. When I ask for help, representatives state that they do not have the authority to activate my account or escalate the issue to a higher department. I have also been denied requests to speak with a supervisor.
This situation strongly suggests that my account is stuck in a system error or internal verification conflict, and no one has taken responsibility to resolve it.
I have done everything required from my side. I have verified my identity, provided all documents, and contacted support multiple times. Despite this, I am still unable to access or use my account.
I am requesting immediate escalation of my case to a technical or higher-level team who can manually review and activate my account.
If this issue is not resolved, I will continue escalating this matter through formal complaints and regulatory channels.

Driver support is awful

Driver support is awful, pay per mile is below minimum wage, customers can basically stiff you when it comes to tips, I'd look elsewhere. If you like working on your own this gig is great and don't get me wrong, there are some great customers out there BUT there are an awful lot of bad ones too and customer support does nothing to assist the drivers. You can leave as much helpful information as possible, nothing changes. The fact a customer can under tip you afterwards (it's called tip baiting) is hilarious. All Spark has to do is make it impossible for a customer to change their tip negatively and hey presto. You are expected to be professional and represent the brand BUT you are not treated as a professional and customers are more important than you.

It will destroy your car

It will destroy your car, they will deactivate your account for identity even if you send all the correct information ID insurance everything that's just an excuse though. I drove for 2 months doing Walmart Spark it completely obliterated my car I mean I need brakes tires radiator destroyed it. I stopped driving for 3 months, I got everything taken care of that I should with my car except my brakes which I'm doing this weekend so I was contemplating if I was going to do it again. Funny I get your account has been deactivated for violating terms because I didn't verify my identity, but they only gave me 10 hours I didn't see the notification. It's an excuse if you don't drive for a few months they'll deactivate your account to give your spot to someone else. Also it's for hardly any pay, you'll drive 30 minutes for $12 plus the customer can take your tip away. Tip baiting is a big issue. So if you want Walmart to use you for your vehicle, not give you enough pay to live off of, and if you take a break they will deactivate your account then this is for you. If none of that sounds pleasing to you, stay away.

Spark Delivery: Because Who Needs the Right Groceries Anyway?

After my latest experience, it turns out the real issue isn’t just Walmart Grocery Delivery… it’s the company actually doing the shopping and delivering it — Spark.Apparently with Spark, the same person is responsible for shopping your order and delivering it, which explains a lot about why certain items never seem to arrive correctly.Take my repeated attempts to order Blue Bell ice cream. Sounds simple enough. Except the shoppers we’ve had claim they don’t speak or read English, which makes ordering specific items nearly impossible. Instead of reading the labels, it seems like they are just grabbing containers based on the color. Every order becomes a surprise flavor roulette. The last mystery flavor that showed up was bread pudding ice cream, which I didn’t even know existed. I will say… it was memorable, just definitely not what I ordered. Then comes the delivery portion of the adventure. You can watch the tracking map and see your groceries go on what can only be described as a tour of the city before reaching your house. In my case the driver sat on the side of the road for fifteen minutes, then another “stop” for about twenty minutes, and then another stop near McDonald’s, all while my frozen groceries and ice cream were presumably just sitting in the car. After watching this for over an hour — including the driver driving away from my house instead of toward it — I sent a simple message through the chat asking how the frozen food and ice cream were being kept cold during all these stops. No answer. When the driver finally arrived, I politely asked the same question in person. Instead of an explanation, she immediately yelled “NO!”I said, “No what?”She yelled even louder — “NO!”That was the entire conversation.Meanwhile I had tipped twenty percent, watched the driver wander all over town nowhere near my house, and waited over an hour while frozen groceries slowly turned into room-temperature dairy soup.Between the incorrect items being shopped, frozen foods melting during long delivery detours, and being yelled at for asking a basic question, this whole experience is completely unacceptable. So if you’re looking for a fun way to burn $200 on groceries, Spark delivery might be the service for you.Personally, next time I’ll just go to the store myself. At least the ice cream has a fighting chance of staying frozen.

Deactivated for moving to another state

Moved from one state to another and they deactivated my account saying my license was surrendered, which it was on the state I moved from but was active in the new state. No idea why they are making it so difficult to move!! I have a valid deliver license and insurance on the same vehicle. No idea why they can't see that! Filed an appeal and hope they use common sense and see there is no reason for the deactivation.

I am really upset at the amount of…Lack of training for not English speaker drivers

I am really upset at the amount of drivers mainly Spanish and they make no effort to try to speak English. I have used translation apps and those apps get things wrong. I am tired of not getting my orders from Walmart. I am tired of the frustration level on both sides. The only thing I can control is that I will not tip them if they cannot get my order to me. You need to give your non English speaking drivers more training and how to download at least an application that will translate for them. When they call me on the phone and I cannot understand it, you need to find a solution for them. In the meantime, I am going to try another route that will be more expensive than WalMart delivery. I am disabled, cannot drive and I should not have to deal with this when I am willing to do my share. By not training These drivers, you are not doing your job as the delivery service.

Very Disappointing Experience with…

Very Disappointing Experience with Spark Driver (Walmart)Working as a Spark Driver for Walmart has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. They treat delivery drivers very unfairly. My account was closed for no reason, without any clear explanation or proper investigation. When I tried to appeal the decision, nobody listened. There was no real support, no transparency, and no accountability. It feels like drivers are completely disposable to them. We rely on this income, and shutting down accounts without valid reasons or proper communication is unacceptable. They seriously need to do better. Right now, the way they handle driver accounts and appeals is very unprofessional. Drivers deserve respect, fairness, and clear communication.I would not recommend working with Spark if they continue treating their drivers this way.

THEFT BY DECEPTION

THIS COMPANY ENCOURAGES THEIR DRIVERS TO COMMIT THEFT BY DECEPTION, or THIS COMPANY EMPLOYS INDIVIDUALS WITH PREDATORY DISHONESTY. January 23,2026….An order was placed with Sam’s Club for delivery. The delivering company chosen, Spark is a third-party subsidiary of the Walmart/Sam’s Club Corporation under contract for deliveries of online orders requiring delivery services. The Spark company has unlawfully committed theft by deception while handling my requested online order, slated for delivery. The items I would later learn were out of stock at the time of pick up, these items were deceptively rung up as purchased on the Spark Drivers App, and shown as delivered. The planned theft was foiled when the delivery was made while I was home to dispute the non-delivered items. Cancellation of contract cutting association with Spark Delivery Services is mandated to establish that the Walmart/ Sam’s Club Corporation is in no way complicit in the theft of its customers by association nor deception. FIND A REPUTABLE DELIVERY SERVICE and PAY THEM FAIRLY. Continuance of disreputable practices by Spark Delivery Services while being in a contractual relationship with Walmart/Sam’s Club Corporation, will have Class Action Lawsuit implications with theft charges against both companies being filed. To be a victim of robbery in a coo of theft by deception, then being penalized by having my pending refund hijacked for an additional 5-7 days is unlawful and lacks integrity. The corporate customer service contact entity had disconnected my call for accountability TWICE. The Sam’s Club supervisor on duty was dismissive and lacked the courtesy of understanding for rectifying by reporting the theft by deception while handling the complaint against the Spark Delivery Service.
