After a few tweaks and improvements—particularly in the inbox—we’ve seen an increase in leads. Their team is also very responsive and supportive when it comes to feedback and suggestions.
The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is the lack of a follow-up email campaign feature. Once that’s added, it would be an even more powerful and complete platform.
