After a few tweaks and improvements—particularly in the inbox—we’ve seen an increase in leads. Their team is also very responsive and supportive when it comes to feedback and suggestions.The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is the lack of a follow-up email campaign feature. Once that’s added, it would be an even more powerful and complete platform.

As a cold email outreach tool, it's a very raw product. Mailings are sent without issue, but there is no data on replies or bounces. Most importantly, replies are not displayed in the service's inbox. Even worse, many emails with the status "email opened" are actually bounces. Support is slow and unhelpful. They answer with general phrases, and their AI bot is more helpful. I asked for a refund and have not received a response yet. Not recommended.
