Cancelled my father’s service after he passed away. Called customer service to have the remaining water bottles and dispenser picked up. I paid the balance in full to close the account. The first day scheduled for pickup was rescheduled for the following day after I called saying no one showed. The second pickup day was a no show. The third day they said they would be there was a no show as well. It took almost a month for the equipment to be picked up. They charged me a service fee for the month they failed to pick up their equipment. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Drinking polluted water would be better than putting up with this company’s customer service.
