I’m sorry I had to select 1star just to leave this review. PEOPLE… this is not about the service, which sucks btw. But more importantly about the quality of water which is shit. I’m convinced this company is filling those water bottles with city water and selling them for profit. I had the sparkletts water tested in comparison to Tucson tap water and was almost the same chemical analysis. Heavy in calcium and trace metal minerals. The water my fridge filter produces is better when the filter is changed for frequently. I dumped the service for better water straight from my own appliance. Buyer Beware. Don’t be duped by Sparkletts. They Suck
They are the worst of the worst, I rate them minus -10. I cancelled deliveries on their website until April, they keep sending emails about a delivery tomorrow. Their website doesn’t work. Can’t reply to their emails.They didn’t deliver but send an invoice. Total incompetence. We will terminate them and permanently block them from charging my credit card. I have issues with their sleazy maneuvers every year for 10+ years.

been on hold. get a runaround saying they are going to pick up drop off never did even the app said were going to deliver never did look at the app again it said on it way never showed up next delivery. 3mns this has been going on.. clossing dont need to wast time anymore...
The delivery has been spotty at best! I tried to call customer service to complain, i could not understand the person, and he told me i could call back in 30 minutes if i still didnt have my delivery as scheduled. I tried to call back and they said their customer service closes at 6 pm but on the website it says 9 pm and of course i got the message "our offices are closed"! I spend alot of money each month and I am pretty sure I am going to try Arrowhead deliver after this!!
Cancelled my father’s service after he passed away. Called customer service to have the remaining water bottles and dispenser picked up. I paid the balance in full to close the account. The first day scheduled for pickup was rescheduled for the following day after I called saying no one showed. The second pickup day was a no show. The third day they said they would be there was a no show as well. It took almost a month for the equipment to be picked up. They charged me a service fee for the month they failed to pick up their equipment. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Drinking polluted water would be better than putting up with this company’s customer service.
This is by far the worst company that ever took over they lie they cheat you out your money, and you could never get hold of customer service I would much rather go to Kroger and get my own water then deal with this company they suck. The management suck. The delivery driver suck if I could give them NO stars I would.
No customer service. Phone lines do not work a loop of unrecognized phone and account numbers. Off shore call centers can not handle problems. When I finally got a call back one representative hung up and the other placed me on hold and suddenly I was asked, by a recording, to rate the reps service, ridiculous!
No problem with the water or the water delivery. But dont try to get anyone to answer the phone. I am out of water and called for more. Their automated system did not recognize the account number of phone number on the invoices I pay every month. I was on hold for 39 minutes before someone answered the phone. She said my information had not migrated to the account although she had that information. She transferred me to another number to fix that yet I finally gave up after anther 25 minutes on hold. A total of 1 hour and 10 minutes with no resolution to my problem. horrible service for a long time customer. I finally hung up and went to my local Windmill water kiosk and got my own water
