No problem with the water or the water delivery. But dont try to get anyone to answer the phone. I am out of water and called for more. Their automated system did not recognize the account number of phone number on the invoices I pay every month. I was on hold for 39 minutes before someone answered the phone. She said my information had not migrated to the account although she had that information. She transferred me to another number to fix that yet I finally gave up after anther 25 minutes on hold. A total of 1 hour and 10 minutes with no resolution to my problem. horrible service for a long time customer. I finally hung up and went to my local Windmill water kiosk and got my own water
