Been with them for 8 years. I have been having problems with them from the beginning. Especially with the drivers. First, I began their service by getting bottled water delivered. I am older and can't lift them up the stairs. I payed extra for this service. After a few months, the driver started to refuse to bring them up the stares. After requesting a new driver who could bring them up the stairs, I got the same drive who then stated leaving them farther away from my home. After canceling this service, I switched to their water filtration system for 6+ years. The last time I delt with them I needed the system repaired. Repair man decided to install a whole new one. Months later, I received a letter from Collections stating I had not payed my bill to sparkletts for 3 months. However, there were never any attempts to with drawl money from my account, which was set to automated payments. No letter. No calls. They claim they sent emails. No emails. Now this is premaritally on my record. I recommend anyone looking for water, go anywhere but sparkletts water. Rude, Poor Record Keeping, No Notice, Unprofessional.
