I initially ordered winter boots and carefully measured my dog according to the sizing guide. Despite this, the boots did not fit properly — the straps fell in anatomically inappropriate places, making them uncomfortable and unsuitable for use.
When I attempted to return them, I was instructed to ship the item to the United States. From Europe, the return shipping cost would have exceeded the value of the product, making a refund effectively unrealistic. I was instead offered a store credit, which was only valid for 30 days.
As a result, I placed another order and chose a collar, again following the sizing guidelines carefully. Unfortunately, the collar also did not fit — it was far too large. Additionally, this model has no real adjustability, so unless the size is exact, it simply cannot be used.
Overall, my experience highlights several issues: unreliable sizing guidance, a return process that is impractical for EU customers, and time-limited store credit that pressures customers into further purchases without resolving the original problem.
I would advise caution when ordering, especially from Europe.
