The hoodies are so soft and cute!! My only suggestion would be to make a hole farther down for harnesses. I don’t walk my dog with her leash attached to her collar, only a harness. I just made my own holes in our hoodies. We get compliments every time she has one on!

These hoodies are great! I ordered heavier hoodies for female dogs we've had 10 years. Just got a rescue puppy and ordered for him too. They fit well and are so soft.
All the clothes my dog has are from Spark Paws! They're very comfortable, come in a lot of different styles and purposes, and every time we take a walk, and she's wearing something, she gets praises from people on the street.
The delivery is very quick, quality is 10/10, and they're very durable, since in winter she wears it every day, and the ones from 3 years ago are still pretty and new!
I ordered 5 matching hoodies for my family and pets, but upon arrival, they all featured bright white logos prominently displayed on the chest. I had previously ordered multiple hoodies without this issue, and it wasn't shown in the promotional images on the site. Since the product was not as advertised and I prefer not to wear a large logo, I reached out to the support team for either a replacement without the logo or a refund. Instead, they provided me with store credit that expires in 30 days, which is not helpful given the lack of stock and sizing options at the end of the season. I feel this was a dishonest bait and switch, and when I raised my concerns, they took no responsibility. They should at least deliver what was promised. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
Upon receiving my order and fitting the shirts on my dogs, I found that they were too large for both. I reached out to the support team, and they permitted me to reorder a smaller size while allowing me to keep the larger shirts to donate to a dog shelter. That was truly wonderful!

I am extremely disappointed that I bought a product I thought was from a domestic company, only to discover the shipment is coming from overseas. This means significant delays and potential issues with returns. By the time my pet receives the jacket, winter may be over, not to mention it might not even fit.
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my dog, which turned out to be too large. I reached out via email to explain the situation, anticipating that I would return the incorrect size after receiving the right one. To my surprise, one of the support team members arranged the delivery promptly and informed me that I could keep the wrong size at no extra cost!
This is undoubtedly the slowest shipping service I've encountered. Be cautious, as everything ships from overseas. I placed my order more than two weeks before Christmas and still haven't received it. They are unable to reach the shipping provider for any updates.*******After seeing their response, it's clear it was a generic reply claiming they couldn't locate my account. I spent almost an hour speaking with them, being assured it would arrive soon, with updates stating it was out for delivery in just a few hours. This is frustrating.
