I ordered 5 matching hoodies for my family and pets, but upon arrival, they all featured bright white logos prominently displayed on the chest. I had previously ordered multiple hoodies without this issue, and it wasn't shown in the promotional images on the site. Since the product was not as advertised and I prefer not to wear a large logo, I reached out to the support team for either a replacement without the logo or a refund. Instead, they provided me with store credit that expires in 30 days, which is not helpful given the lack of stock and sizing options at the end of the season. I feel this was a dishonest bait and switch, and when I raised my concerns, they took no responsibility. They should at least deliver what was promised. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
