I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Spark Paws.
I ordered two jackets for us and one for my dog, carefully following their size chart. Unfortunately, every single item ran extremely large — for both adults and the dog. The sizing chart was clearly inaccurate. I spent over $110 (even after using a first-time buyer discount), so this was not a small purchase.
Shipping also took longer than expected.
When I tried to return the items, the process became even more frustrating. At first, they were hesitant about allowing the return. After going back and forth, they finally agreed — but then told me I needed to figure out how to print two separate return labels myself. When I contacted them again for help, they said they would provide the labels but would charge me $14 for them.
That’s unacceptable. Why should I have to pay for return shipping when the sizing chart they provide is inaccurate? The items were not as described, and customers shouldn’t have to pay extra to fix the company’s mistake.
Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience. I won’t be ordering again and would caution others to be careful with sizing and return policies before purchasing.
