Updated review - we have now been refunded and assured by Spark that lessons have been learned from the chaotic onboarding we experienced. I have no way of knowing if processes have improved, but they responded courteously and appropriately. It didn't work for us on this occasion, but they seem open to feedback and are hopefully getting it right for others.
