Pros: None at all. Cons: Terrible customer support, awful shipping, and poor quality products! Their customer service is almost nonexistent, and they don’t have a phone number, which is a major red flag! My emails were ignored after they received my payment. The shipping was dreadful; it took over a week to send my items, and they still messed it up. Items were missing from my order, and although I paid for expedited shipping with tracking, they sent the missing items via regular mail without any tracking. It’s been over a month and a half, and I still haven’t received them! They keep telling me to wait. Extremely unprofessional! The products are subpar as well. I've bought lower-end sets from overseas that were of equal or better quality for much less. Spend your money elsewhere! It’s shocking that this company remains operational given their poor treatment of customers and how they rip them off!
