I received a voucher for spa experiences, but accidentally ended up on a different platform. When I tried to book, the voucher didn't work, but I proceeded with the reservation. Upon realizing my mistake, I emailed to cancel but received no acknowledgment. I called during business hours to cancel, and despite doing it within 24 hours, I was charged £25. I recognize my error, but a bit of goodwill would have been appreciated! This experience ensures I won't use this service again and I will recommend alternatives to others. Poor marketing on your part.
