Just had a stay booked via spaseekers.com and the stay was dreadful. Although not spaseekers.com fault the spa was dreadful, I do think they embelsh the spas alot.

I also put in about being a wheelchair user. The spa was very confused and had to move us to a dif room. When I complained at the spa, they told me it was the booking fault, as they never passed on about my disability.

The room we were moved to was dreadful, and I feel they just stuck us somewhere due to spaseekers.com not passing on information.

Also they do not post the full information, it states internal spa where we stayed however as a wheelchair user, I had to walk outside in the rain round the whole hotel as the internal walking to the other building wasn't wheelchair accessible. I never would have booked if I had know.

Went along Sat 31/1/2026
Got the jubilee Line from east London (easy Peasy)
then a short work not towards the o2 you turn left as if you are going to back of the o2 to where Music Concerts are,
Reception was lovely, busy, but signs easy to read to the SPA,
From the minute we walked in at 1pm we were treated like royalty, the reception staff on duty at the Spa booking were so , so friendily,helpful, and fun...in fact anything positive you can say...I would write they are a credit to the hotel and actually made us so relaxed, at the start of the day.
Sometimes with vouchers at certain places you can be treated like second class citizens but not here....special is how we felt and special is how we were treated.
Shown to the lunch room/restaurant...we were told how the day would go, by the smiling receptionist...just lovely
Lunch was gorgeous I had Chicken Ceasar Salad and the best Hot Chocolate Ive ever had, my wife had the Prawn salad and again it was to die for.
Fairly full and with afternoon tea, pastries and coffee to come,
we were shown to the lovely clean, spa area to get our gowns, slippers and slippers.
There were others there and it was not to busy, but very clean, cleaning staff were on hand emptying and cleaning baskets etc
The pool was clean, a bit cool but after one length it was fine, we got two sunbeds poolside (the picture on the website don't lie) and then a steam in the steam room, and a sauna..before a dip in the hot plunge pool jacuzzi it was so nice and relaxing
We spent sometime in the well stocked gym, which had everything you needed for whatever workout you want. We were not hassled and just to wander around the spa area , at our leisure.
4pm it was time for a coffee and pastries back in the restaurant...we left valuables in the lockers provided in the dressing rooms (communal) and sat down for 45 minutes to have a lovely cuppa, and cakes.
Then came the highlight, massage and facial my masseuse was called Mia, what a wonderful young person who explained everything she would be doing and went through any allergies, health condition etc and made me feel safe and in good hands, a really friendly person who was excellent at her job but also personable and interested in how my day went and about life in general it was a great personable touch and she like the other professional we met; made this soothing ,refreshing and pin point facial and massage ...absolutely a brilliant experience.A credit to the company and like my wife I was left feeling supple, refreshed, calm and de-stressed after the hour. She treated me with respect, discretion, and care for my previously injured back which I told her about.
The whole day was smooth and the hotel is absolutely fantastic, staff in the restaurant, spa, and reception could not do enough to help and make you feel at home...a lovely experience would certainly recommend.

Unsatisfactory experience with the service

I received a voucher for spa breaks as a gift, but while browsing online, I mistakenly went to a different platform. When I tried to book, the voucher didn't work, but I made the reservation for a spa day with a friend anyway. After realizing my mistake, I emailed to cancel but got no confirmation. I called during their hours to cancel, and despite doing so within 24 hours, I was charged £25. I acknowledge my mistake, but a gesture of goodwill would have been nice! This experience has led me to avoid this service in the future and recommend alternatives to others. Poor marketing on your part.

Enjoyable spa experience

I had a one-night spa package at a local venue, which included dinner and breakfast with a friend in December. It was well worth the cost. There were some issues with the pool heating, but it didn't affect our enjoyment. I've just booked again for February for a birthday celebration.

Frustrating cancellation process

I received a voucher for spa experiences, but accidentally ended up on a different platform. When I tried to book, the voucher didn't work, but I proceeded with the reservation. Upon realizing my mistake, I emailed to cancel but received no acknowledgment. I called during business hours to cancel, and despite doing it within 24 hours, I was charged £25. I recognize my error, but a bit of goodwill would have been appreciated! This experience ensures I won't use this service again and I will recommend alternatives to others. Poor marketing on your part.
