It is like being on a factory line up , lacking personal assistance. I have been back 5 times for adjustments. Never has anyone looked to see how the glasses sit on my face or ears or if they are straight. Just hand them to me and say 'how's that?' Very impersonal. I still haven't got the glasses sitting right.
