Not the best quality. Cheap however does not get you quality nor the right prescription.
All the bells and whistles are still not correct nir is the shaping to your face.
Best to stick to a well known name with reviews that are out standing.
Ive gone in 2 times in one day to get my glasses fitted to my head and they are still too loose.
Looks like I am going to have to do it myself.
Qhat they do is heat up your frames, bend it slightly, not put them in a cooker to set, not leave them on counter to set, oh no, they handle all over them to get them back to you and they feel tight when on for about 5 mins and then they go back to being loose.
What am I to do? Go back again and say "hey, make an effort"? Give them back because they are a crap quality?

Disappointing Experience with the Service

I will not be returning to the service and I will not be recommending it to anyone if I can avoid it. My entire experience stretched nearly three months from start to finish, and while I recognize that some processes take time, I left feeling that my urgent situation was not taken seriously, despite being labeled as a 'severe' case by their own staff. The staff were friendly, but the inflexible bureaucratic processes forced me to use broken glasses for months. For context, I am legally blind without my glasses, and I had accidentally damaged my only pair to the point where glue was the only thing holding them together. I made it very clear from the outset that this was an urgent matter. I even explained that once my current lenses broke completely, I wouldn’t be able to physically get to the service to collect new glasses. That indicates how serious my vision loss is. The service already had my prescription on file, which was only three years old, and they regularly accommodate walk-ins with prescriptions of that age. I even mentioned I was willing to return in the new year for a proper updated test. All I needed was something functional to manage basic daily tasks such as cooking, commuting, and safely crossing the street. Despite this, they refused to use the existing prescription and insisted on repeating every step of the process, causing unnecessary delays. I waited over a week for the first appointment and still made no progress. The eye test felt vague and unhelpful. When I inquired about how different my new prescription might be, I couldn’t get a clear answer. Instead, I was instructed to rebook for an appointment involving eye drops. I was initially told this was necessary for my new prescription, then informed it was for checking eye health, which would have led to a referral to the hospital where I already receive my eye health checks due to the severity of my condition. The information changed frequently, leading to further delays. Because I did not attend the unnecessary eye drop appointment, the service decided to order new lenses for me anyway using a prescription of -5, even though my actual prescription is -10. I discovered this at my next appointment when selecting frames and immediately expressed my concern. Nonetheless, they proceeded to order the incorrect prescription. When I returned to pick them up, I raised the issue again and was told that 'it takes a moment to adjust.' They also charged me for lens thinning, which is not needed for -5 lenses. After two more weeks and another appointment, I finally received the correct prescription after undergoing a completely different test from the original appointment. When my proper pair of glasses was finally ordered, I was informed there were delays, so their standard two-week wait became three weeks or longer. This entire process began in early October. It is now the start of January, and I have only just received my glasses. What frustrates me the most is knowing that if I had been elderly or a child, I would likely have been prioritized. If this had been any other medical situation, it would have been treated as serious. Instead, I was treated as if this was a fashion purchase rather than an urgent medical necessity. As a young adult facing an emergency with my only functional pair of glasses, this was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience. Edit (3 hours after original review):
I want to further highlight my experience by noting the service’s response below. Had they taken even a moment to properly read my feedback, they would have seen that I already provided a condensed version under the same email address on their feedback form. Instead, it appears an automated, copy-and-paste response was sent with no reference to the issues raised. This only reinforces my concern that my situation was never genuinely reviewed or taken seriously.
