For the second time (once 18 months ago and now recently) my eye test has resulted in the wrong prescription and thus a retest required, clearly involving me in additional cost and time ! Whilst there is never any problem with being retested etc it is annoying nonetheless and is making me wonder whether I should continue using Specsavers, especially as I note prices have been increasing with all the ‘add ins’ that now appear !
