Delivery service appalling.Specsavers say on website they use royal mail.But on this occasion they used dx express a courier company that has a one star rating on this website.Unreliable and untrustworthy.I waited in all day only to be told by email that I was out and glasses couldn't be delivered.Took 3 more rescheduled delivery dates and more lies by dx to get glasses.Not good enough from a company like Specsavers.Won't be using again.
