I have had the worst ongoing experience with Specsavers and the Hertford branch in particular relating to my contact lenses. After having to go back to the store several times as they somehow incorrectly signed-off my new prescription twice, I still couldn’t order them online (as their system teens me I don’t have a valid prescription for the levers I want to order, even though they are the same as my trial lenses).After the store ordering me a number of free trial pairs as an apology, I was assured the matter was resolved in their systems. It isn’t. The store then said they would order them for me. The order arrived today and they’ve sent completely the wrong lenses of a brand/type I’ve never worn.At least three times now I’ve been told someone will call me back with an update. They haven’t. I don’t feel like I’m being listened to or being taken care of despite repeated promises.
