Miserable staff (Uxbridge branch). Only went originally because they did NHS hearing aids so got glasses too. I wasn't impressed the first time and even less impressed this time although the audiologist and the optician were lovely.Got a text with an appointment to collect the glasses (2 pairs) but only one pair were ready. They offered to post the other pair so I'll see how long they take to arrive.I was informed that they are no longer providing NHS hearing aids.
