I had my eye test no problem.loverly people.got two pairs of glasses.one for reading.and one for long distance.im a class 1 hgv driver and needs my distance glasses.went to Specsavers today and what do I get two pairs of reading glasses.the same man gave me my glasses as took the original details.he looked totally blank when I said it's reading and long range glasses.why have I got two pairs of reading glasses.he checked his tablet.and said oo I made a mistake.brilliant do they not double check obviously not.my reading glasses were not fitted to me he just wanted me out the store saying I'll get it sorted and post them to you .so that will be another pair not fitted.so it will be A14 miles round trip plus parking to get them fitted correctly.im sorry Specsavers this is not good enough.o need glasses for my job . because one person didn't double check.im now left with out the most important glasses.
