Staff were very friendly & attentive. I gave a 4 as when choosing my glasses I asked for an opinion which was great, but wore them for 2 weeks & they kept slipping down I went back to get adjusted & was told the arch was too narrow for the bridge of nose. Shame I wasn't told that when choosing. I was told nothing they had would work.
