I had a voucher and wanted to use the “buy one, get one free” offer. The whole process took nearly two hours and was extremely frustrating. At first, one sales assistant helped me choose some frames, but after spending about 30 min, another staff member came over and told me that the previous advice was wrong. I repeatedly said I wanted £90 glasses, but they kept insisting on showing me £130 ones instead. In the end, I was so tired and frustrated that I ended up buying a £50 pair of low-quality glasses. I also noticed they were behaving in a similar way with another customer at the same time.Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had buying glasses. I’m not sure if all branches treat customers like this, or if it’s just this one.I definitely wouldn’t recommend this store.
