Everyone was very friendly, great choice of glasses.Unfortunately, when I went to collect my new glasses, I couldn't see clearly through them at all. I'm not new to wearing glasses, but I was treated a bit like a child and told to adjust their position on my nose! I had to insist several times that I couldn't read a thing through them.Clearly not believing me, I was told I would have to bring my old glasses from a different opticians. I was given an appointment several days later.On my next appointment the staff member managed to work out that they'd put a completely wrong lense in one side. Why that couldn't have been worked out when I first came to collect them I do not know.I am still without new glasses and waiting for them to be rectified.
