Having made an order online I used the reading glasses prescription. When they arrived they worked, but only when I held them 6 inches from my eyes. I went to my local Specsavers shop that told me I should have used intermediate setting. I asked if the issue could be resolved within the shop but was told that they operate as a franchise and are nothing to do with Specsavers online. Not very joined-up I think.However, I requested a refund from Specsavers online which I duly received, so fair enough I guess.
