I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. For the last five months, I’ve been struggling with constant headaches and eye strain due to being provided with incorrect prescriptions multiple times. Initially, I received a prescription that was wrong, and I wore those glasses for about three months, enduring persistent headaches. When I finally reached out, they acknowledged the mistake and provided a revised prescription. Sadly, after using the revised prescription for another two months, I faced the same issues. I contacted them again, and it took significant effort to convey that the updated prescription was still incorrect. After another eye test, they confirmed that the second prescription was also wrong and have now issued a third revised prescription this week. Never again with this service.
