I got to my appointment on time, but the receptionist assisted the customer ahead of me and didn’t return. (That customer was late for their appointment.) There was no one at the reception to check in with. When a staff member finally appeared, another customer complained about being overlooked and was attended to first. Once I was checked in, now 10 minutes past my appointment time, I was led to a booth and told someone would be with me shortly. After another 20 minutes... If I hadn’t been picking up glasses I had already paid for, I would have left. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but the timing was a significant issue.
