My dad paid £1950 for hearing aids only 4 months ago. They have gone faulty. As my dad is 100 year old I asked for a home visit. BUT because of the type of hearing aid, these are not available for home visit. The contractors for home visits don't deal with that type. After several phone calls, I have had to arrange for someone to take his hearing aids into store for them to be checkd. If faulty they will take up to 2 months to repair.
