Booked an appointment 08th February 11.45 for Hearing. Because provided faulty hearing aids making funny noises. They changed the appointment to 12.45 without valid reason. We on time and waited out until 12.55 because room closed session with someone else. But she told me I checked no one here so she took someone else so, ask me to wait 30 minutes. I try contact management next day to short this out they took all details finally no response. Now my mom cannot hear anything.

Staffs : rude
Service : very poor
Part : horrible dangerous to health
Also Been with customer service regarding appointment issue very disappointed response ever had. Not to suggest anyone anymore.
