My daughter and I absolutely love and adore Charlotte at Mt Ommaney. She's beeing looking after us for about 2 years. We used to go to Browns Plains and absolutely hated it there. We were never treated nicely, compared to everyone here. At Mt Ommaney, we instantly felt a difference in the customer service. Charlotte is always so patient, friendly, caring and considerate, when it comes to us choosing our frames, and she knows we take forever to pick the right ones 🙈😅. We were always rushed to choose them in the past at Brown's, and usually never given a chance to even choose our own frames. When we mentioned this to Charlotte, she was extremely understanding, and she always made sure we walkwd out happy with our decision. We get really excited when she's working, and will always book in with her when getting our frames fitted. We were also very happy meeting Trent, he's got a wonderful, bubbly, and funny personality! David and Johnny, the Optometrists are fabulous too, and they always take their time teaching us more about our eye conditions, which is very educational. Shout out to everyone else there, that we haven't mentioned too. We highly recommend coming here!
