Review Time
I recently made my yearly visit at St Marys branch and as per previous years, the customer service was excellent. Wait time was only few minutes and from order, delivery was about a week. Basically excellent from visit to pick up.
Ive never visited specsavers before & never had any problems all around the world where ive bought glasses. Decided 2get spares while shopping. Didnt mind there wasnt anyone 2assist with which frame suited my face, but 1st lot of glasses were sooo wrong i couldnt stand up. After 2wks returned 2what seemed 2b ok till my family laughed at my frogs eyes. Apparently thicker glasses make u look like a clown, which wasnt explained 2me. I was only asked if i minded them, 2which i asked "whats tge diff"? Reply was "they r thicker glass" not ULL LOOK LIKE A CLOWN.Im not local 2burwood but i had 2go 3times 2walk away with what ill avoid wearing. I offered 2give them both pairs 4 one which i could wear, they refused. So BUPA was going 2pay 4these throw away set. What a waste! ..of $$ AND time of an extremely busy person
If i could give zero i would i spent 600 on a pair of glasses that are 11 mths old they slowly weakened in the arm hinge until the arm finally fell off i went into where i got them in geraldton wa and the guy there was so dismissive rude and completely wrong he said to me you stood on them i assure you i didn't stand on them i may use a towel to clean tbem but I keep them on my face or on my bedside not the floor all that to avoid honouring the 2 year qualluty guarantee i should of known better i had a pair 20 years ago that fell apart too i was desperate to be able to see as my usual optician in in Perth I had no choice dont buy from this company I will be going to department of fair trading and lodging a formal complaint I will take this all the way to the end this not acceptable attention specsavers the link in your reply doesnt even work can u send it to them pls if someone doesnt contact me by opening today I am lodging a complaint with fair trading when they open

I was rapidly losing my sight and thought I needed new spectacles. ANDY, the Optometrist at INNALOO SPECSAVERS was absolutely BRILLIANT. He was extremely professional as well as kind,caring and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed my problem. He then went far further than that extra mile and phoned around Opthalmologists, until he got me an urgent appointment and,a couple of days later, my vision was restored. I cannot rate ANDY and INNALOO SPECSAVERS highly enough.
Staff were all professional, pleasant and caring. The magnifying mirror was also a bonus not offered at previous opticians. This time I chose what suited me. Excellent 10 out of 10.
I needed a Driving licence test and a regular diabetes eye check. Both were accomplished very well and the change in DVDs Ùmy eyesight assessed and the opportunity to update my glasses offered. Have always been extremely satisfied with specsavers over the years.
Specsavers at Pacific Fair, on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia were very helpful and the staff were very willing to make the experience enjoyable, productive and professional. Special callout to James and Optometrist Katrina; very very professional and made sure I understood all that was needed. I am very pleased. They made me comfortable and not rushed. I definitely recommend them both as well as the rest of the staff that assisted when needed. Well done!
