If i could give zero i would i spent 600 on a pair of glasses that are 11 mths old they slowly weakened in the arm hinge until the arm finally fell off i went into where i got them in geraldton wa and the guy there was so dismissive rude and completely wrong he said to me you stood on them i assure you i didn't stand on them i may use a towel to clean tbem but I keep them on my face or on my bedside not the floor all that to avoid honouring the 2 year qualluty guarantee i should of known better i had a pair 20 years ago that fell apart too i was desperate to be able to see as my usual optician in in Perth I had no choice dont buy from this company I will be going to department of fair trading and lodging a formal complaint I will take this all the way to the end this not acceptable attention specsavers the link in your reply doesnt even work can u send it to them pls if someone doesnt contact me by opening today I am lodging a complaint with fair trading when they open
