Ive never visited specsavers before & never had any problems all around the world where ive bought glasses. Decided 2get spares while shopping. Didnt mind there wasnt anyone 2assist with which frame suited my face, but 1st lot of glasses were sooo wrong i couldnt stand up. After 2wks returned 2what seemed 2b ok till my family laughed at my frogs eyes. Apparently thicker glasses make u look like a clown, which wasnt explained 2me. I was only asked if i minded them, 2which i asked "whats tge diff"? Reply was "they r thicker glass" not ULL LOOK LIKE A CLOWN.Im not local 2burwood but i had 2go 3times 2walk away with what ill avoid wearing. I offered 2give them both pairs 4 one which i could wear, they refused. So BUPA was going 2pay 4these throw away set. What a waste! ..of $$ AND time of an extremely busy person
