There was a problem with the glasses, and they did not meet my needs. Unfortunately, I was away after picking them up, and when I returned it was a couple of days past the 100-day free return period. They were totally intransigent and would not even consider a discussion, even though the glasses were completely useless. They had obviously got the prescription wrong, but would do nothing to correct it.
