They were honest about what suited me and helped me find something within my budget. When I collected my glasses, the store was very busy but it didn’t take long to be served. The lady who served me was lovely - kind, professional, and patient. The glasses were a little big, but she adjusted them quickly and made sure I was happy before leaving. Overall, I left feeling confident in my new glasses and really happy with the service. I’d definitely recommend Specsavers to anyone looking for a professional and friendly experience.
