Had a recent eye test done and recommended i required new Reading glasses. I returned them as they did not feel right, they very kindly gave me another test and subsequently found that the lenses fitted were not quite correct and were not as good as my old glasses and i didnt really require new ones. They very kindly refunded the full cost of my new ones. They were extremely helpfull and understanding. Very pleased with the service given and will recommend Specsavers to anyone.
