Overall the experience was very good. The staff were friendly and professional and put me at ease. I was told my appointment was for about one hour but I was there nearly two hours. To try the glasses and make the measurements took longer than I thought it should have. I had to repeat two of the tests because something was wrong by which time I was completely drained.
