Optician was fantastic. After that no one came near me! Chose my own frames - no help at all. Then no one to order them for me, had to wait ages and ages. Whole visit took a very long time.I wasn’t impressed with this visit to be honest. I am glad the business is busy, but they should ensure there are adequate staff to help those with appointments.
