Specsavers in the Arndale Centre, Manchester, provided excellent customer service on my recent visit. Upon arriving I was greeted and shown where to go. The appointment was on time, the eye test was quick, with a detailed run through of my eye scan. Choosing my glasses was an enjoyable experience, the staff member who helped me was wonderful. She knew which frame suited me, and gathered several options. She talked me through all the lens options and explained which would be the best option for me. Came away with two pairs of glasses ordered, (2for1) which I absolutely love.
