Eye test was fine, but then somehow mixed my profile with my wife's, so put her glasses prescription in my new glasses. It's not given any explanation or timeframe when this would be resolved when I asked to speak to a manager was told to complain online. Had to take time off work to attend the appointment but nobody cared. Filled out online complaint form was told would get a response in 24 hours after five days completed another complaint form still no response. I had to go onto the live web chat to get anybody to listen eventually received a phone call from the store manager apologising and offered a 20% Refund. Overall a particularly poor experience.
