Every member of staff I interacted with was fantastic. This was the first time I had done an eye test and it was a really positive experience. The man who did the majority of tests was so kind and professional, and explained everything in a simple way to understand. The lady who helped me choose which glasses to pick was also incredibly helpful and honest, letting me know which ones suited me and which ones didn't because they were the wrong shape or size etc . I massively appreciated her honestly as I was totally clueless and came away with a pair that I completely agreed suited me the best.
