I am writing to complain about the service I received during my recent eye test and glasses order. I have been a customer for over 10 years, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.I was given an incorrect prescription at my first appointment, and a second prescription had to be issued. Even after receiving the second pair of glasses, my vision remained blurry and I developed headaches. Despite returning to the store, I was told that my prescription may have changed again within a week?, which I find unacceptable.Due to these ongoing problems, I have returned the glasses and asked a full refund, as I am not satisfied with the service provided. I also used my workplace eye-care voucher for this appointment, which I have now lost as it cannot be reused. This loss should be taken into consideration when resolving my complaint.
