Had to wait a while, but I think through staff shortage. My ophthalmologist rushed in from his holiday to cover, which was greatly appreciated.Had to have part of the preliminary eye test redone.As my new prescription had changed considerably, waiting for 2 weeks to collect new glasses is far from ideal.A bigger choice of frames would be good.The staff however were very friendly and helpful
