All staff and eye doctors were friendly and professional on my visit.My only concern was the price of the glasses although my eyes had slightly changed from 2 years ago the price had jumped £280 more than two years ago to £620 Being mid 70s and retired living off a pension i felt it was a tad high! But was told if i was on benefits it would be cheaper !! It shouldnt matter if i was on benefits or not, if it can be cheaper for some why cant i have the same price!!
