I bought a pair of Tommy Hilfiger glasses from Specsavers just over a year ago (£210). Although I don’t wear them every day, I’ve had to return almost every other week to have the left arm tightened, while the right arm has never needed adjustment.I was told this was “wear and tear,” but that seems unlikely given the consistent problem on only one side. I’ve looked after the glasses carefully, and this repeated issue makes me feel the frame is faulty.I also sent an email to customer service asking for clarification, but it has gone unanswered, which is disappointing and doesn’t inspire confidence in Specsavers for future purchases.I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the product and service so far have not met expectations for a premium-priced frame.And despite 6 days review on here, still no response from Specsavers!
