Terrible Service

I have had the same Orba monthly subscription 2.50 for both eyes for £13 with solution for many years and happy with it until last week.On 20 October I moved to the London Liverpool branch and came for the first time for a routine checkup for 1 hour. Unfortunately I was seen ​by a newly qualified person who did ​shoddy work and gave bad wrong advice about my contact lenses.He changed my prescription to 3.00 and 2.00 and from Orba Monthly for £13 with solution to Orba Multifocal Monthly £26 without telling me. This then caused for there to be a different contact lense subscription to added to my account for multifocal lenses.Therefore I had to come back Friday 24 October for a trial test for this prescription for multi focal lenses which I did not ask for.But this time I luckily saw ​another person. She redid all the tests and was the one who told me ​the first person was new. She also said I didn't need to change my prescription for my contact lenses. They could stay 2.50 in both eyes as there actually was no significant change in my eye health for my contact lenses. I then spoke with ​the man who runs the shop floor and he promised that ​they would remove the incorrect Multifocal Monthly 3.00 and 2.00 subscription for £26 from my account and put me back on my old scheme Orba Monthly 2.50 and 2.50 for £13. But instead all they did was remove me entirely from contact lenses scheme so now currently I have NO SUBSCRIPTION on the system! Not even my regular Orba monthly £13!!​All this has made me I ​wonder if the first person misdiagnosed me on purposely so he could illegally change my subscription to multifocal so that I would be forced to pay double for my subscription. This makes me wonder if he is getting paid on commission or is just that incompetent and why wasn't the other staff able to fix it either.​My next pack was due to be in January so they need to fix this asap and reinstate my Orba Monthly contact lens subscription ASAP so it does not cause issues with my ongoing eye health.Furthermore, I have now already spent more than 3 hours trying fix this issue, coming to the store having multiple rounds of tests and dealing with customer service as I am upset and disgusted by a how a simple procedure like a contact lense test can messed up so badly .In 20 years I never had a single problem at Birmingham New Street branch but I will now be forced to move again to another London branch within weeks, after this contact lens issue is resolved, as I do not trust Liverpool St branch after to look after my eye health properly.I want some sort of compensation for the stress this has caused me!
