I had purchased a set of Designer glasses and I was given notice that they would arrive 7 days after purchase. I trusted that was going to be the case as I usually get notified by Email or Phone call. However this didnt happen. No call, no email. I called no response, I went to my local branch. The Customer Service Agent checked the system and had apologized stating that they had only just been despatched. I had left disappointed and had to wait a extra 3/4days. When they had arrived I had only wore them for about a week, one of the pair of glasses were not secure, The Lense popped out. I had to go back into the store to get them repaired and securely tightened. I was fuming as I paid alot of money for the set. The Customer Service agent was polite and respectful. I had been advised to come back with the hour. I did so and The issue was resolved.As I never usually have issues with SpecSavers I will give the rating 3 as I trusted this company ever since a little child. I hope that with this feedback and the On-boarding team of staff consider qualified professionals with experience.From A Valuable Customer
