To be very fair everyone was professional and pleasant l was just a little disappointed when the frames l choose couldn't be ordered from stock. The assistant had to advise me he would have to contact the labs to enquire if they could make them as a one off and he said he would let me know, which he didn't l had to chase him and the price he quoted was different to the price eventually charged. The proof will be seen when l receive them.
