I was amazed by the support I received in store from the staff when explaining that I am autistic and epileptic. They made adjustments for me to make me feel calm and comfortable during my visit. This made me feel at ease. I was even able to request that I see the same member of staff for both visits to the store.Jo R was absolutely incredible, she supported me during both of my visits to store. I was given a private room and Jo was more than happy to see to me in this room. She took her time with me and didn't rush anything. She fully understood that I'm autistic and find this kind of environment very difficult and overwhelming. She ensured I was okay the whole time. She personally took me upstairs to wait for my eye test. She reminded me that it doesn't matter how many times she needed to adjust my frames as long as I leave feeling happy and comfortable with the way that they fit and look. After the first appointment she reminded me of her name and told me that she'd be more than happy to see me again for my 2nd visit and that I just needed to ask for her specifically when arriving at reception. She really is a credit to your store, I truly believe that she deserves so much recognition for her work. I don't think l'd have got through my first appointment never mind both if it wasn't for her.
